I would like to highly recommend You Architecture services. They won for us the planning application of a 6m rear extension and a second floor side extension. They demonstrated great knowledge of Harrow planning policies, which is critical in winning planning application. His plans were very good and produced on time. They managed all application process for us without delays and made us feel confident that we would win.  

Before appointing Them, we had some bad experience with a different architect who didn’t know Harrow policies. This resulted in a refusal of our application.

With You Architecture it was all different. They started by explaining “the art of possible”: rules governing planning applications through Harrow policies. He produced my new plans quickly, he advised the way of saving money (as the measurements were done by a previous architect) and managed the whole process until we were granted permission to build. They knew what will be allowed and were we absolutely needed to comply with policies. As we have public sewage going through our garden, they advised about filing an application to Thames Water for building in the proximity of the sewage. We were quickly granted permission from Thames Water.

Their fees are reasonable and I have always ensured that I pay him on time so there is no delay in filing all relevant applications.

I will recommend You Architecture to anyone who wants to feel confident that they will have their planning process delivered in the most efficient way, at reasonable price and most importantly, to win the application.
